What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no cards needed.

How long does delivery take?

3–5 working days from order confirmation anywhere in Egypt.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — you have 2 days from receiving your order to submit a return or exchange request. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags on. Head to our Returns & Exchange page to submit your request. Return shipping costs 100 LE.

How do I track my order?

Once the shipping company picks up your order, you'll receive a tracking link automatically. No need to contact us — it comes to you.

The item I want is sold out — will it restock?

We drop in limited quantities. Some pieces come back, some don't. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.

How do I know which size to pick?

Every product has a size guide with exact measurements. Still not sure? Reach out through the Contact page and we'll tell you exactly what to go with.
